- How much do your services cost?
- All Mellady Direct Marketing services - whether individual projects or ongoing projects - are priced on Mellady Direct Marketing’s use of facility, labor and materials. We charge hourly for receiving and programming time. Storage is charged on a monthly per-pallet basis. For more pricing information, fill out our free quote request form.
- Who will my contact be?
- You will work with an account team consisting of an Account Manager and/or Account Coordinator. Our team approach provides continuous coverage on your account and 365/24/7 accessibility.
- Jim and Jill Mellady are also in contact with you and accessible.
- Can you process credit card payments?
- Yes, Mellady Direct Marketing offers credit card authorization and settlement.
- May we use postal permit or return address?
- Yes. Mellady Direct Marketing allows use of postal permits at no charge to you. Our Ruether Avenue address is also frequently identified as the return address on your mail piece.
- What if I need additional services?
- Mellady Direct Marketing has a network of trusted business partners developed over the last 20 years. Should the requirements of your direct mail marketing program require specialists outside of our services, we will be happy to coordinate your project with them or refer you directly. Business partners include printers, graphic designers, replicators, etc.
